Project Cancellation and Refunds
To ensure clarity and mutual agreement, we initiate every project with a detailed discovery and analysis phase, followed by creating a scope of work document that outlines the agreed-upon project deliverables, timeline, and costs. Any cancellations or refunds will be subject to the following terms:
- Once work on a milestone or module has been completed, no refunds are possible.
- If a project is mutually terminated, the client will retain control of all completed work, and any payments for further development will become void without a refund of previous payments or deposits.
- Approval of mock-up designs and moving into the development phase of the project signifies a non-refundable payment.
- There are no partial refunds for projects in the middle of a milestone phase.
- Special occasion services offered by our marketing team cannot be cancelled, as they are limited-time offers.
- Digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but the client may cancel with a 30-day written notice.
- We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or dormant for over 30 days.
Changes to the Scope of Work
We understand that project requirements may change over time, and we are committed to being flexible and accommodating to these changes. Any changes to the scope of work will be subject to additional charges, and the client will be informed of the costs associated with these changes in advance.
